With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Michael specializes in delivering high-touch recruitment services for start-ups, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies.
As a previous Client Services Manager for Spencer Ogden, a global energy and infrastructure recruitment company, Michael supported key accounts across North America and served as a strategic recruitment partner to utilities, IPPs, RTOs, EPCs, and OEMs.
Most recently, Michael launched a UK-based recruitment company’s first office in North America, and forged partnerships with companies involved in the energy transition ecosystem — energy storage, EV charging solutions, grid modernization, and infrastructure and sustainability investment.
Penn State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
